I'm Aaron Pait. I've led enterprise transformation in healthcare, advised senior leaders at Cognizant, and worked across a regulated cloud business at Salesforce. At Home Solutions, I want to apply that experience to better investment decisions, stronger operations, and measurable business results.
My strongest evidence is turning fragmented systems and competing priorities into coordinated action.
AMI EXPEDITIONARY HEALTHCARE
An enterprise consolidation with recurring savings.
As the company's first Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, I directed a Salesforce implementation that consolidated five applications and produced more than $100,000 in annual savings.
>$100Kannual savings
5 → 1applications consolidated
Company context at the time: approximately $400 million in revenue, 2,500 employees, and operations across more than 15 countries.
01
Salesforce
Principal Business Information Security Officer
Coordinate product, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market leaders around business-aligned security priorities. Previously served as the first principal-level security leader embedded in Government Cloud.
02
Cognizant
Strategy consulting
Advised senior leaders on operating-model redesign, organizational integration, and transformation roadmaps. Led a Scaled Agile implementation for a major U.S. health insurer.
03
Acquisition analysis
An owner's questions
My acquisition analysis examines sustainable cash flow, recurring demand, maintenance investment, and the assumptions that make a purchase attractive or fragile.
03 / THE OPERATING APPROACH
Start with the economics. Finish with a working system.
A proposed first 90 days for a customer acquisition and marketplace business, to refine with the team and its data. These are hypotheses to test.
DAYS 01–30
Find the constraint.
Reconcile the profit and loss statement with channel, service, and geographic cohorts. Before increasing acquisition spend, test incremental contribution after media costs, credits, and servicing costs. Trace homeowner inquiries through to provider outcomes.
DeliverableA trusted baseline and a ranked set of opportunities, with owners and explicit assumptions.
DAYS 31–60
Prove the improvement.
Choose one bounded intervention. Depending on the evidence, test lead qualification, provider matching, or a workflow bottleneck. Agree on economics, customer guardrails, and a stop rule before launch.
DeliverableA measured pilot and a clear decision: expand, revise, or stop.
DAYS 61–90
Make it repeatable.
Give the winning process an accountable owner, a weekly review, and an exception path. Use artificial intelligence to draft variance explanations from reconciled data; have the analyst validate calculations and the operator approve actions.
DeliverableA repeatable operating process and a financially grounded next-quarter roadmap.
The assumptions I would test first +
What limits profitable growth? If provider capacity or lead quality is limiting outcomes, fix those before buying more demand.
Does reported margin reflect true economics? If credits, refunds, or servicing costs distort the picture, repair the baseline before reallocating spend.
Will a pilot result travel? If service categories or markets behave differently, expand by cohort rather than applying one playbook everywhere.
04 / WHY THIS ROLE
Why Home Solutions.
Home Solutions connects customer acquisition to real service outcomes. Homeowner experience, provider performance, and channel economics all have to work together. That is an operating challenge I want to own.
My strongest experience is in executive technology leadership and cross-functional change. I bring discipline in leading complex initiatives and building durable systems, with a clear ambition to take direct responsibility for revenue and margin outcomes.
